NEIGHBORHOODS: 

PARK AVE: 

Park Ave is a great neighborhood to walk and explore restaurants, bars, coffee shops, retail and salons in Rochester. Several landmarks including the George Eastman House, RMSC-Rochester Museum and Science Center and MAG-Memorial Art Gallery are within easy walking distance. Each season brings more to explore. Spring: On Oxford Street, the Magnolias are in Bloom. Summer: The Park Ave Festival is August 6 and 7, 2022. Fall: grab a coffee and see the beautiful Fall foliage. Winter: A festive atmosphere for holiday shopping.

EAST AVE: 

ROCHESTER ZEN CENTER

East Avenue Historic District is a national historic district. The district consists of some 700 notable 19th and 20th Century structures containing Homes, Churches, and Museums. Including the Hiram W. Sibley House, Edward E. Boynton House, Frank Lloyd Wright’s Culver House, and the Strong-Todd House. East Avenue is exquisite and beautiful to walk along viewing the architecture. Take a tour of the George Eastman House and Gardens. The RMSC Rochester Museum and Science Center and Strasenburgh Planetarium are popular to explore.

NOTA (Neighborhood of the Arts): 

University Avenue hosts the NOTA Neighborhood of the Arts. The NOTA Neighborhood Association’s Mission is that the Neighborhood association brings people together to appreciate NOTA’s cultural, civic, artistic, and entrepreneurial character. Events are posted on their website.
